This is a great apartment in the center of Campo de Ourique, which is by many considered the best residential neighborhood in Lisbon. The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a kids bedroom with a bunk bed (twin size), it also has a separate office, dressing room, living room and dining room, one full bathroom, and one guest bathroom. I have a crib that can be put together in the dressing room if you have a small baby. The apartment is approximately 95 square meters/1000 square feet. It is a second-floor walk-up, with great light exposure, windows all around, and sun all day. Small balconies off the living room and office and off the kitchen in the back. The apartment is a corner apartment which means that light exposure is optimal. There is no parking available, the streets have meters and there is no way to get a parking permit. There are paid garages nearby, but it's more suited if you are not using a car during your stay. Public transportation is close by and Campo de Ourique has many supermarkets, restaurants, stores, and parks within walking distance. It is a self-sufficient neighborhood with a lot of life. This apartment is our home in Portugal so it is set up with a personal touch, we rent it out when we are not there. We live in the USA. It's not a typical short-term rental, since it is set up with our personal touch and has our things in it. We rent usually to professors on Sabbatical, graduate students who are in Lisbon for a period of time, people working from home, or people relocating to Portugal who need an initial place to stay. It is not a short-term rental, it is a real home, you would be staying in a Portuguese home with everything we have there including books, paintings, sheets, towels, kitchenware, and everything we use while we are there.
