We can provide advice on important practicalities, such as schools and after school activities, places to shop, eat, visit, etc... Pets and smoking are not allowed Location: The apartment is located in the very center of Granada, in the emblematic Carrera de la Virgen, a mainly pedestrian street meant for strolling under the shade of centennial trees. This street joins el Paseo del Salon with Puerta Real, and transverses La Fuente de las Batallas. The penthouse is located in a small apartment building, between El Cortes Ingles (the only department store in Spain) and El Cine Madrigal (the last standing historic cinema in Granada). Given its prime location, you can quickly walk anywhere in the city center, including; the Palacio de Congresos (10 minutes), the Cathedral and Capilla Real (8 minutes), Plaza Nueva and Carrera del Darro (lower part of the Albaicín neighborhood, 10 minutes), the Alhambra via Cuesta Gomérez (15 minutes), and many other places. This area is excellent for leisure strolls, for entertainment (theaters, museums, exhibition halls and auditorium), and for outstanding dining and tapas in numerous local bars and restaurants. The apartment is also only 33 km away from the Sierra Nevada ski resort (30 minutes car ride) and 70 km away from the beach (45 minutes car ride).
