Fantastic location near parks and playgrounds for families. Currently 2 of the bedrooms are set up with queen beds, and one is a kid's room, but I can set up all 3 up with queens as needed. Tastefully furnished and well equipped in the kitchen, supplied with just about everything you might need. Room for 1 car in the driveway, plus easy street parking. Lovely, friendly neighborhood, treelined street. Front yard with small garden, enclosed back patio with outdoor seating. Internet included, plus monthly cleaning and some utilities. I have rented the home on AirBnb in the past and received 16 reviews of 5/5 stars. I have also recently done some renovations that make the apartment even brighter and more cheerful, and updated some of the furniture. I am happy to do an in-person tour or video walk through to show you. I'm a Berkeley professor who will be on sabbatical next academic year.
