My family and I have lived in Table Mesa for 39 years and love it. The neighborhood has an open, friendly, and relaxed feeling. With the South Boulder Rec center and Viele Lake park 1/2 block away, its community gathering place playground, and the incredible views of the mountains, where we live is one of the most beautiful places in Boulder. GROUND FLOOR: 1350 sf with 3 bedrooms (King bed in Master, twin beds in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms), 1 & 1/2 baths. Remodeled Kitchen with gas range, microwave; adjacent dining room with large table. Living room and redwood deck in the front have views of Rocky Mountain Bear Peak 1.5 miles away. BASEMENT: 1 bedroom, ¾ bath. Spacious family room (450 sq. ft) with plenty of room for exercising, music making with piano, and an office space. Laundry area. (tiled shower). BACK YARD: Large fenced-in back yard with picnic table and another round table. Large patio, Very private with lots of trees and shrubs. Our children loved playing in the backyard. For Boulder, it is quite large. The yard is fully fenced in, which is great for a dog and its canine playmates from the neighborhood. Marshall Mesa is a vast network of mountain biking trails that you can ride to straight from the house.
