This home looks out to the desert from every room and is lit by skylights throughout. There are 2 very large bedrooms, one small bedroom, and 2 baths, and a spacious living area with kitchen, breakfast area, dining and living space. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the house has all basic furnishings including linens and kitchenware. A bedroom could be used as an office, and there is a small desk. The house is a noted example of late mid-century modern architecture. A walled in back yard with pool and desert landscaping connects to the living and dining area, with separate patio for the master bedroom, and separate patio for outdoor dining facing the mountains, outside the kitchen. There are many skylights throughout. This house is ideal for someone who wishes to experience the desert and who is pleased to see quail and many other birds, lizards, javelina, and the occasional bobcat just outside the glass doors. The house is furnished. It does not contain our personal belongings. There is ample storage space. Location: Just west of N Campbell Avenue between River and Skyline, 6 miles north of the UA campus. There is a beautiful, well protected bike route to and from the UA campus via Mountain Ave or a 15 minute drive down Campbell Ave. It is convenient to River and Campbell, with shopping including Trader Joe's and many restaurants. The location is extremely quiet, as it is not near any major roads. The only sounds are the birds. Children: The pool is within the walled yard but currently has no fence separating it from the house and patio. Without such a fence, small children cannot live in the house. For older children, the house is suitable. The rental for the main house. There is an unfurnished guest wing on separate HVAC; this is not included in the rental and will remain unoccupied, though it could provide storage or parking for bikes.
