Our house is situated on Aucklands North Shore in the suburb of Devonport. This home has a private & sunny fenced front garden and sun drenched north west back deck AND we have friendly neighbours:-). 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom Close and walking distance to local schools Belmont Primary (ages 5 to 10) & Intermediate (ages 11 to 13), Bayswater Primary (ages 5 to 10), Takapuna Grammar (ages 13 to 18), parks, local shops, cafe and our very own local Narrowneck Beach. Bus stops easy walking distance. Friendly & safe neighbourhood, Devonport village about 20min walk, Narrowneck beach 8min walk, primary and secondary schools all within walking distance. Commute to Auckland City by bus or catch the Devonport or Bayswater ferry close by. Local shops at the end of street. Kids playground at end of street as well as cycle way

Comments: There is bed linen, beach towels, hangers, and even a few toys that our daughter really enjoyed having access to. All the appliances worked perfectly, including a rice maker, which was a great bonus, and there was even Tupperware

Comments: Heat Pump in lounge, DVS air circulating system, a desk & chair in two bedrooms which can be used as home office. Covered back balcony faces north west where you can sit and soak in the sunset
