The home also includes a washer and dryer and a TV (no cable). One bedroom can be arranged as a children’s room with a kids’ bunk bed if needed. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 1 additional car in the parking area. A maximum of 3 students is allowed. We are looking for serious candidates who will treat the home with care. Cleanliness, consideration, and respect for the neighbors are especially important to us. This is not a party house. No subletting allowed.
