Charming 2 Bedroom North Berkeley Oasis with Hot Tub

We really enjoyed our stay at Mat's house. The location is very convenient, the neighborhood pleasant, the house well kept and ejoyes a nice garden. Our son enjoyed his stay at close by BAM primary scool very much. Mat and Maureen are very nice persons and were very helpful. Thank you!

Our stay at this rental house was ideal for our family. The backyard was fantastic, providing ample space for outdoor enjoyment. The house itself was functional and well-equipped, catering to our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was pleasant and highly walkable. Moreover, the landlord's attentiveness and responsiveness were exceptional. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this rental house for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There's a park across the street; public transportion, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are in walking distance. The house itself is spacious, flooded with light, homey, and extremly functional (especially if you have kids!). The excellently equipped kitchen has an eating area which opens to the garden -- an oasis with a lemon tree, blueberry bush, and hot tub.

From the first contact, the host was fast and clear in all our communications and also incredibly friendly and helpful. He made the whole process very easy -- we felt completely prepared when we arrived and supported with all questions during our stay. Highly recommended!
