Unusual find-new construction in one of the best neighborhood in Ann Arbor!

Had a wonderful summer stay at Gail's place! Both Gail and her husband were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my time there. The unit, located below their home with a separate entrance, offered privacy while still feeling like a part of a warm and inviting space. One of the highlights was the lovely koi pond just outside—it added a peaceful touch to the setting. Everything in the unit was functional, and when I needed extra kitchen utensils, they provided them without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
