Our home is a classic 1930s bungalow, with two bedrooms, a living room, office, kitchen, and large dining room. We have a lovely fenced in backyard, with a wooden porch, barbecue and swingset. The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized loft bed and we also have a crib/toddler bed that you are free to use or we can put in storage. Both bathrooms have showers and bathtubs. The layout is suitable for roommates or for a family. We also have toys for kids ages about 3-10, which we could either leave or keep in storage. Our home is located in the historic district of Old Enfield, in the highly-regarded Casis Elementary school district. We are in a residential neighborhood about a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the University of Texas campus. There is a grocery store, as well as several wonderful restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk. We are a close walk to two parks, one of which has a playground and public swimming pools for adults and children. We are also two blocks from a biking/jogging trail that runs directly to Lake Austin. We love our home and neighborhood and look forward to sharing it with you. We have a 2023 all-electric car (Chevy EUV) in excellent condition which we can also rent for an additional fee.
