The rent includes all utilities, wifi, and parking for one vehicle. You only need to bring a suitcase otherwise everything else is there. One queen size bed and all linens. There is a gym as well as balcony, fireplace, AC, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, well equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, etc. The apartment is a 15 minute express bus ride to UBC or 10 minutes to downtown. Beautiful beaches and parks are a short 5 minute walk from the condo. Large new grocery store one block away.
