Please note this is a short let for the university term period September to December. 2026 Could be possible January to March 2027. Ideally rental period would be two months or thereabouts. Detached house in quiet residential street with a good sized garden and within easy walking distance to the historic centre and colleges. Close to shops and schools. This is the owners' main home and as such some personal belongings, such as books, will be left. You will have plenty of storage space however.
