Description
We live in a unique neighborhood almost right on San Pedro Bay. We are a wetlands away to the Bay. Our apartment is approximately 450 square feet and has a private entrance. There is a separate bedroom and a walk in closet as well as a bathroom with a shower but not a tub. Our sitting area includes a kitchenette with a small fridge and freezer as well as a hotplate and microwave/toaster and a convection toaster oven as well. There is complete settings for four and a Keurig coffee maker. It is a well appointed "kitchenette". There also is access to the garden and many walks around the Bay as well.
