Andrew was such a responsive and thoughtful host, and his home is wonderful! Well-stocked, lots of space, clean, and in a great location - you can't go wrong! The front porch in particular is just a dream, and the neighborhood is so walkable!

In this family sabbatical leave back to Madison, we are so fortunate to find this place. Andrew is an excellent host. The communication is easy, smooth, and friendly. This house is fantastic! It has everything we need and we transitioned to our new lives seamlessly. The location is wonderful. Dungeon-Monroe is a charming neighborhood. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Wingra parak (including kayaking!), Lake Wingra, and Henry Vilas Zoo, etc. We absolutely LOVE this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Madison.

This comfortable, well-equipped home is ideally located in the vibrant Monroe/Dudgeon neighborhood of Madison, close to the UW campus and tons of biking, walking and hiking paths. Andrew has thought of everything: the kitchen is recently remodeled and has everything a cook would need; the charming sunroom overlooks a garden that is currently bursting with raspberries; living room with plenty of comfortable seating; two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. If you're a reader (as we are), he has lamps situated in just the right spots. Two workspaces: one in the second bedroom and one in the sunroom. Fast wi-fi. We highly recommend a stay at Andrew's.
