Nice beach house in Costa Blanca

Description

Our home is a nice one story detached house with private garden and front terrace, five minutes walk to the Playa de San Juan in Alicante, Spain. The house is within a complex with 4 more houses and a 9 floor building, with a shared pool and open air parking. The neighborhood is quiet all around the year, and vibrant during July and August, even though the house is far from the noisy spots. You have all the facilities close to the house, so a car is not really needed, also because it is well communicated by train and bus to the city centre and most of the Mediterranean towns along the coast (Costa Blanca). Currently the house is available for short swaps, specially with Barcelona, or to be rented (a room + bath) from 1 to several weeks. We have central heat for winter and air conditioning in the bedrooms for summer. There is a big wooden house at the rear garden that is used also as our summer living room. We have a dog that will stay with a pet carer if you don't want to look after her :-D
