The apartment is spacious and very sunny. The bedroom is very calm, with no vis-a-vis and a great view from the living room. It is located in the center of a neighborhood famous for its restaurants, cafés, shops. Easy transportation and connection with all of Paris. The area is well known for its past and present artists, movies like Amelie, and theaters. The place is perfect for people looking to relax after work or just benefit from a really Parisian atmosphere without the hustle of the city, but within a walking distance to the Center of it. Due to various travels, I often come back there and consider it as my childhood home. Additionally, I emptied the wardrobes and the place has all the space for your personal belongings so you could feel there as at home. Preferred guests: mid to long term. The price including all utilities (including electricity) is 1750 Euro, or 1650 without electricity bill. I can assist you in setting up the wifi. LOCATION/TRANSPORTATION The entrance from the main street passes through a first building and the courtyard thanks to which the apartment is very calm. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Close to the subway (Abbesses, 12th line: 2 to 5-minute walking distance and 2nd line: 5 to 10 minutes; and it takes 25 minutes to many if not most locations central to Paris: universities, Museums etc) and 5 minutes from bus stations. THE APARTMENT The place is spacious, sunny and very calm. The apartment includes a big living room, a modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a dressing.
