We will share details of our monthly utilities costs, and if your usage is marginally more, we will ask you to make up the difference. Comes with kayaks, canoes, sunfish, bikes, cross-country skis. Please understand that this home is situated in the countryside of New Hampshire. It is not a hotel or a money-making operation. We are sharing it in order to help finance a sabbatical year. In this place, you are surrounded by nature, which includes wonderful and not-so-wonderful things. The wonderful things are too numerous to count: vistas, wildlife, frogs and owls at night, etc. The not-so-wonderful yet completely natural things are insects and occasional mice. We have always managed without too much bother or toxic applications. You may experience none of this, but I cannot promise you there will be zero encounters.
