Central & bright, fully furnished, top-floor with balcony

I have stayed in this apartment for 6 months and was tremendously satisfied with it. (1) This is a brand-new apartment equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, microwave oven, refriegerator, espresso machine, cooktop, iron, hair dyer, etc. They are all new and high-quality). The double bed is new and of the highest quality. (2) I spent an autumn and a winter. The apartment has an excellent heating system. I have not tried the air conditioning system, but I believe it will function greatly. (3) It is very conveniently located. On foot, it is less than 10 minutes to Potsdamer Platz, less than 5 minutes to Anhalter Bahbhof (S-Bahn station) and to Moeckernbruecke (U-Bahn station). As a great music fan, I enjoyed walking to the Philharmonie which is easily reachable on foot (15 minutes). I had an office at Humboldt University which I could get to with a 20-minute walk. One can get to the Free University of Berlin from Moeckernbruecke station via U-3 without changing trains. (4) In its immediate vicinity, one can find Netto and Lidl (both of which are big grocery stores). A number of reasonable restaurants are easily accessible. (5) The area is also very safe, clean and quiet. (6) Last but not least, the owners of the apartment are a very kind, considerate and helpful couple. My 6-month stay in Berlin was very pleasant and productive, in no small part, thanks to this excellent accommodation.
