It has a total of 3 bedrooms, a large and comfortably furnished living-dining room, eat-in kitchen, and recently renovated bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly, with all conveniences within walking distance, and is a short (5 minutes) boat ride from the rest of central Venice. There are good local restaurants, and the views toward Venice and sunsets are breathtaking. We love animals, and pets can be accommodated upon request.
