Sunny, Quiet, 1 BR Garden Guest House by UC Berkeley

I stayed in this lovely tiny home for 4 months. It's a perfect living space with a really smart layout and good quality furnishings. Stacey and her family were wonderful. The location is convenient to BART and AC Transit. Several iconic Berkeley food and wine spots are nearby. I highly recommend this space to anyone spending time in Berkeley.

Our stay at the "little house" was outstanding. Stacey is very kind and responsive, and the house was well-stocked with everything you could need. We stayed for four months and it definitely felt like home. Everything was very thoughtful and well-laid out, and there was plenty of room for a long-term stay. Heater and A/C worked well and bi-monthly cleaning was a game changer. The house itself is architecturally beautiful, with large windows looking out onto a well maintained garden. Although the house gets great light, it is very private. The location of the little house is unparalleled, within quick walking distance to North Berkeley Bart, Acme Bakery, and just a little further to Highwire Coffee, grocery stores, and various other amenities available on San Pablo, 4th Street, and in Downtown Berkeley. We would definitely stay again!
