This private garden suite is in a central location two blocks from Broadway and three blocks from 4th Avenue and is close to all amenities and excellent transit. The 99 B-line runs on Broadway and two other express buses run along 4th Ave (#44 and #84) and will get you to UBC or downtown in less than 10 minutes, or the YVR airport in under 30, via the Canada Line Skytrain. The suite has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with two single beds, both rooms have full sized closets. There is also a small room that can be a bedroom or office. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Bedding, linens and towels etc. will be provided. The suite is very suitable for families. We live in the home above the suite and are a well-traveled, friendly couple who often are busy with work, sports or off on our travels. You are within walking distance to Kits Pool and Jericho Beach. There are also many parks and recreation opportunities nearby. General Gordon elementary school is in the same block. Utilities, high-speed internet, cable, and shared laundry facilities are also included. Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted.
