Beautiful central modern 4 bedroom home

I will be on sabbatical from May-October 2026. We have a lovely modern 4 bedroom home for you to rent during this period. This is a safe, friendly suburb that is close to the CBD. We are located in Northland (5-10 minute drive to the city, or you can walk through the stunning botanical gardens). The property is surrounded with tree and has beautiful views of the valley. The house is split over two levels, with open plan living upstairs, two bathrooms, and drive on access (trust me, this is a big deal in Wellington!). The bedrooms are: one king bed, one queen bed, two rooms with king single beds (one with an extra trundler bed available). In addition there is a separate home office/study with a sofa bed. We also have a huge deck which is accessible via sliding doors in all the downstairs rooms. . There are lots of toys, books, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. We have a very friendly cat if you would like a pet; but we are happy to send them to family. If you need baby or toddler gear we can probably arrange this - just let us know. The price includes utilities (heating, air-con, phone, electricity, high speed fiber broadband internet). We are a 5 minute walk from the bus and a great local primary school. We are zoned for serval excellent high schools. We are about a 30 minute walk to Victoria University, or there is a bus that goes directly there, or 5-8 min in the car. We are a 10 minute walk from: a very well stocked local grocery store, Indian/Burger/Pizza restaurants, church, garage, community center (with Zumba, Pilates, rock'n'roll, karate and many more activities). We have a (well used but reliable) 7 seater Mazda Premacy available if you need a car. There is a car port, but the garage will NOT be available we will store our personal belongings there. We have rented properties ourselves via sabbatical homes and have rented out this property once previously on our last sabbatical in 2018.
