Description

The house is a well-appointed 2-floor house located within a few minutes walk of central Oxford and is furnished to a high standard. I've looked after short lets belonging to colleagues for a few years but now our own family home is available while we are away over extended periods. The house comprises an open-plan downstairs divided into 4 areas of living room, 'drawing room', kitchen and dining room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We'll have some of our own possessions stored the small second bedroom, hence renting the house as a large 1-bedroom. The house is exceptionally well located close to St Clements just a short walk east of Magdalen College, near the top end of Cowley Road, so it is very close to convenient shops and restaurants but also on a very quiet street.
