We had a great experience renting Ginny and John's house. My in-laws were looking for a place to stay to help us after the birth of our daughter. This place was perfect-- the house was very clean and tidy, Ginny was very responsive and accommodating, and it is very conveniently located, just a 10 minute walk to downtown for shops and restaurants, but otherwise in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Would definitely rent from Ginny again if the opportunity arises.

I enjoyed my 4 months there with no problems.

The place is an easy walk to downtown and the university, which was good, because I did not have a car. There is no big grocery store around the area, but small farm, meat, dairy, drugstore, and co-op shops worked. Plus, close to downtown restaurants. Safe area and friendly neighborhood. Good place to run the sidewalks or close to river trail for a longer run. Bus station with express line to downtown Detroit is close.

Inside was nice with plenty of room for a single person or couple. All the cooking and other supplies you could need. Good laundry. Wifi was able to support my many Zoom meetings.
