Charlie is an excellent clear communicator. The apartment location was stellar . Apartment was just as described with a super table for writing or eatting . Windows let in nice air and light .

You can't beat this location for your trip to Paris! Surrounded by cafes, shops, and restaurants in the center of the Marais district, this apartment also makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. Charlie was communicative and welcoming, the apartment was charming and clean, and I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

The location was amazing! Very convenient for getting around, and felt very safe. Unit had most essentials for a long stay.

I accidentally locked myself out twice and my partner took the keys during checkout (we promptly returned the keys the next business day). During my stay, Charlie was in the US so as the primary contact, communication was difficult at times given the time difference and as it was mainly through text. There was a property manager/ friend, Sunny, who checked me in and helped me out when I was locked out. He was a very helpful, accommodating and friendly guy!

I've been in Paris for a month and a half this May, and my stay in the apartment was absolutely gorgeous! I think part of my happiness in the city was related to the apartment and its location. The place has everything you might need and more. Its size is unbelievable for Paris standards, and I felt very comfortable. It has all you need, and it's simple and user-friendly. The neighborhood is the best one! The best metro station, everything you need at walking distance, and it's cheerful, lively, and you really get that Parisian taste. As regards Charlie, he is very nice and helpful. He was there to receive me when I arrived, and he responded immediately when I wrote to him. I look forward to going back next year!
