Our first-floor, 98 m2 apartment is located in Eastern Paris, a 7-minute walk from Gambetta metro, and a 20-minute metro ride to the centre of Paris. It is light and calm and is situated in a no-through road. However, just a couple of minutes away on foot, there are plenty of food shops, cafés and restaurants. The area has several open-air markets. The apartment consists of a large living and dining area, leading onto a well-equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, another with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a workspace with a large desk and bookshelves in the centre of the apartment, the three bedrooms lead off this space, so it is not isolated from the rest of the apartment. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other, much smaller, has a toilet, shower and hand basin. There are wooden floors throughout the apartment.
