A beautiful, eclectic 3-level townhome, fully furnished with lots of plants, one beautiful old healthy Himalayan/Burmese cat and neighbours who are warm and friendly. We're in a great neighbourhood. In fact, it was voted "The Neighbourhood That Best Represents Vancouver"! We appreciate that we're close to award-winning restaurants, Granville Island, lots of outdoor activities and venues, movie theatres, Kits Beach, Fourth Avenue, and so much more! The main floor has a spacious and well stocked kitchen – with dishwasher, dining room, and cozy living room with access to a large, inviting patio. There are two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom with a wonderful soaker tub to enjoy after a long walk, and full size washer and dryer. There's also have a drying rack for those who prefer to hang dry. There's also a second bathroom and small balcony on the top floor. There's radiant floor heating on the main floor and in the bathrooms. We also have a 55” TV, and wireless WiFi. Other things included are underground parking and all cat supplies. If you're using transit, public transport and/or car sharing and/or bike rentals are easily accessible.
