We are retired designers who travel to Mexico each winter and wish to rent our charming Carriage House apartment while we are away. This has been our home for many years and we have a good relationship with the homeowners, so we require a responsible, mature individual or couple who will treat our home with respect. In addition, we'll need you to care for our plants in return for this discounted price. 12-15 minute walk to Metro North trains and local shops & restaurants. Perfect for a visiting professor.

Comments: Located in the lovely wooded Fleetwood section of Mount Vernon, bordering Bronxville. Walking distance (12-15 min) to MetroNorth trains, Bronxville & Fleetwood shops & restaurants. Half hour train ride to Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
