Throughout the years I have hosted multiple American and international researchers, MDs, Medical students, PhDs, and fellows with great success. I am a health provider myself and I was years ago a medical researcher. the place is designed to meet the needs of my tenants especially when away from home whether is another state or country with a furnished BR with double size bed, nightstand, desk, , dresser, accent chair and built-in closet. Open LR/kitchen with smart tv, couch, accent chair, double induction cooking, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools. Located in Jamaica Plain (JP), a short walk to Whole Foods, stop & Shop, restaurants, cafes and local shops. Excellent transportation access: 5-7 min walk to Bus 39 stop to Longwood Medical Area (BWH, Children's, Harvard Medical School). 5 min walk to Stony Brook Station (Orange line) with easy access to Northeastern U), Wentworth Institute of Technology, Back Bay, Copley and South End. Southwest Corridor Bike trail at the end of the street. Walking distance to beautiful Jamaica Pond, 15 min to the Arnold Arboretum for walking, biking and outdoor activities. When weather is nice Longwood Medical Area and Northeastern U are easily reachable by bike. Looking for one responsible, respectful, tidy, non=smoking person. It's expected that you will clean after yourself. If you tend to leave dishes and food out please do not apply. We value a clean, tidy home and take care to avoid pests and infestations. Owner lives downstairs and values a respectful, peaceful and harmonious living environment. Friendly relationships with tenants. Occasional shared dinners or activities are welcome but entirely optional. Looking for one responsible, reasonable non smoking person. University professors, PhD students, professionals, medical researchers, fellows are usually my tenants. Please, understand this is not College pad. Electricity covered up to $100 which usually covers everything except heat and ac (if you want to use ac). You'll pay if bill goes beyond $100. Wi-Fi (fast connexion), gas and hot water included. Monthly cleaning is included. Cleaning crew don't do your dishes, arrange your belongings or your laundry including changing and washing sheets. Washer & Dryer free of charge in the building. You need your own supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent body wash, bed linens etc. A small, adorable, hypoallergenic, well behaved, non-barking dog lives downstairs but never goes upstairs.
