On the lower level, a Nanny Suite with it's own living space, kitchen, washroom, study/project room (a.k.a. the think tank), and walk-in closet, sleeps two in a double sized bed. Guest Access - Guests will have access to the entire property that includes the main and second floors, the lower level, as well as the back yard and two parking spots on site. The Neighbourhood - The home is located in Little Italy, just South of the vibrant College St strip. It's a fifteen minute walk to the University of Toronto campus with Kensington market along the way. It is also minutes from Toronto's trendiest boutique shopping districts and the restaurants of Dundas St West, Queen St West, and the Ossington strip. Trinity Bellwoods Park, a 14.6 hectare downtown Toronto park featuring three baseball diamonds, eight tennis courts, two volleyball courts, an artificial ice rink, off-leash dog run, picnic area, wading pool and children's playground, is also near by. Also close by are gyms, hospitals, and groceries. Toronto Metropolitan University is within biking distance and York University is now on the subway line making it more convenient to get to.
