The apartment has a double room, a single room, with french bed, a living office room, a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a corridor. Fully equipped, with centralized heating, air conditioned and balconies in all the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, internet wifi. The price, 1450 euros the month, includes all charges and utilities (warming, water, internet, condo fees, waste tax ), except electricity (in Italy inclusive of television licence fee) . Due to price instability, electricity will be payed every two months, taken note of the bill.
