A house is divided into 2 apartments. One apartment has only one bedroom and the second apartment has two bedrooms. The 2-BR apt will be available for rent on December 1 and the 1-BR apt will be available Nov. 8, 2026 . All bedrooms have a full-sized bed in them. Both apartments have fully stocked kitchens with cooking & serving utensils, one bathroom each, a nice living room with cable TV and internets. Both also have an upstairs den with additional sleeping area & have separate indoor-accessible washer/dryer. They share a patio and a yard. Both apartments are fully furnished with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We deep clean and sanitize after each stay. The house with is in residential neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Notre Dame (1 mile), Memorial Hospital (3 blocks) and downtown South Bend (5-6 blocks). Adjacent to a beautiful river walkway. Free curbside parking.
