Enjoy the warm atmosphere of our apartment in the most attractive area of a city rich in culture and life as Bologna, Northern Italy. Enjoy the comfort of many little details - elevator, a double bed with new comfortable mattress, wood floors and ceiling, large dining/studying table, lot of light from the windows overlooking the street. The apartment is a 40 square mt. studio, that is an open space (no separated bedroom), suitable for one person or a couple. Second floor with elevator. This is a family home, used by our son when he comes back to Italy. We ask our hosts to use the same care they would take at home. The apartment features: - warm water, - heating, - air conditioning, - ceiling fan, - wi.fi. Internet (100 Gb per month) - TV, - dishwasher, - hair dryer, - iron, - iron board - security door, - video intercom, - ceiling with exposed wooden beams, - wooden floor. There is no washer, but a coin laundry is reachable with a short walk. Air conditioning is a model with machine inside (being in the historic centre). Provided: two sets of towels for each guest, two sets of bedlinen. The kitchen features: - gas hob with two burners - sink - under counter fridge - microwave oven - dishwasher - pots, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery There is no oven Everything not expressly indicated is not there Location is the greatest added value of this apartment. It's one of the most charming part of Bologna downtown, very central, steps to the Two Towers, convenient to bus stop and main streets - still quiet, with small artisanal shops, cafe and art galleries. From here, you can totally enjoy, day and night, the rich cultural life of Bologna jazz café, nice restaurants and pubs. Grocery stores and take-out food nearby, 2 supermarkets around the corner plenty of coffee bar, pubs and restaurants in the area. Rizzoli and Sant'Orsola hospitals easy to reach by 10 min bus ride. It’s perfect as writing retreat, for professors on sabbatical or just for tourism.
