Cute n Comfortable central flat with balcony

This is my second stay in Carole and Joshua's flat and again everything was great. The flat is cosy and well equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect for easy access to everywhere, the tube and many buses are just a few minutes walk. Supermarkets, shops and cafes are also close by - I really recommend the Turkish supermarket. The flat is also really quiet and peaceful despite being close to Junction Road, and I didn't hear my immediate neighbours at all. I hope to return for a third visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 week stay in Carole's comfortable flat which had everything I needed. Carole was a great host - easy to contact and very helpful. The flat was minutes from the underground and close to lovely walks and parks. Highly recommended!

Being farther out from central London than our prior London stays is made up for by Northern Line Underground station very close to this flat and fast journey time to multiple locations in central London without transfers via both branches of Northern Line.. Also near Overground.

Nice chance to explore new area for us with interesting walks around Highgate and other nearby areas.

We so enjoyed staying in this place. We met Carole on arrival, and immediately felt at ease. The flat is colourful, comfortable, clean and cute with a personal, homey feel while being decluttered enough to give a sense of space - plenty of storage space in the bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed. The balcony was great; the weather during our stay didn't allow for sitting out, but it was good to be able to open the door and let the outside in, and the plants were lovely. It was very quiet, close to shops for groceries, cafes etc and all the transport links that Archway provides. Communication with Carole before, during and after our stay was great. Highly recommend.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at Carole & Josh's flat. It's a comfortable place, w/ a lovely outdoor porch space where you can enjoy the sun. There are some lovely places to walk nearby, including Waterlow park, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. There was some occasional noise from other complexes, but it was quiet and restful at night - great for sleeping. Carole & Josh were welcoming and excellent communicators. I'd be happy to stay there again!

I spent over a month in Carole and Josh's flat in April-May 2022. It was a good experience. Carole and Josh are genial and helpful, the apartment is cozy and cute, everything worked as advertised, and the kitchen has all the basic necessities. There is pleasant and sunny balcony space, good for reading or dining on a sunny day. The location is convenient — just a few minutes' walk from Archway tube station as well as a leisure centre with gym and pool. A wonderful grocer, Yildiz Supermarket, is even closer. The flat is part of a housing complex, built in the mid-1970s, which has the charm of that era. Neither the flat nor the neighborhood is fancy, but they're very livable. Neighbors can be noisy but not unbearably so.
