First floor in a big house with garden in central Barcelona, Spain

This nineteenth-century house has been carefully renovated while preserving its original character and charm. Originally built as a summer residence on the outskirts of Barcelona, it is now within walking distance of the city centre and less than 15 minutes away by public transport. Surrounded by a garden, the house consists of three floors and a small studio. We are a university couple, and our two sons are currently studying abroad. We live on the first floor, which has its own independent entrance. The second floor is occupied by two student tenants. On the third floor, they share an open-plan kitchen and laundry facilities. There is also a large terrace with stunning views over the city. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful, this house is a rare find in a densely built city such as Barcelona. Combining history, comfort, and tranquillity, it offers a truly unique and special place to stay.
