Four big rooms on second floor (3rd floor US, two walk-up flights) with high ceilings (main bedroom; 2 offices, each with double bed/sofabed; living room) plus large eat-in kitchen, 2 baths, balcony. 147 sq meters/1582 sq ft. Comfortably sleeps family of 4 with extra room for 2 guests. Fully furnished with wardrobe in entry hall; double bed & wardrobe in master bedroom, designer furniture and baby grand piano in living room; fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Recently refinished parquet floors and lots of art throughout. Available Dec 23, 2025 over Christmas period and through January 2026. 750 Euro/week or 3000 per month, including utilities. We prefer to rent for at least 3 weeks but are flexible
