Steps from a metro station that takes you anywhere in Rio. Exit the building and turn left, you are at Copacabana beach in in 5 minutes. Exit right, and you are at Ipanema beach - still in 5 minutes. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, but not in our street, which is fully residential and calm. A major hospital is one block away. The apartment was renovated in 2025 and comes fully equipped, with brand new amenities and A/C. Two bedrooms, one with a super-king bed. One full bathroom and a smaller one. A cozy studio in one of the bedrooms and a comfy armchair for reading next to a light-filled window. Several gyms are nearby. Rio's Lagoa, the best place for runners, is also at walking distance. High-speed fiber-optic internet for a reliable connection at all times. The building is well-maintained and provides a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day and night. Still, you can enjoy Rio's sparkling life in its most vibrant areas at walking distance - restaurants, shops, markets of fruits, vegetables and local fish.
