Quite house in Dieppe, New Brunswick - Canadian East Coast / Maritimes

Ideally, looking for a house exchange - I would be travelling with my dog (25 lbs cocker spaniel) and possibly cats (TBD). Canada, US or EU countries are easier for visa / rules to import pets. UK, Australia and NZ could be discussed for a longer stay. I'm an independent scholar / lawyer working remotely. My house is in a quiet neighborhood, in Dieppe, New Brunswick (Canada's East Coast / Maritime provinces) - close to grocery stores, pharmacies, cafe, restaurants, school (elementary school is walkable), walking trails, etc. No neighbors in the back makes it for a perfect lounging spot for meditation and writing. The house is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen, convection oven, washer/dryer combo, lots of books, piano, office, yoga studio. At the moment, only the master bedroom is furnished - other furnished rooms could be discussed depending on the needs (there is an empty bedroom, with full bathroom, in the basement and 2 bedrooms upstairs). The master bathroom includes a stand-up shower and a soaker bath, perfect for winter evenings. There's a sauna and a TV room in the basement, with sound bar, DVD/VHS player and access to Crave (other platforms to be discussed, if needed). The sofa turns into a double bed. The house is close to the Université de Moncton (15 minutes), Collège communautaire de Dieppe (10 minutes), New Brunswick Community College (25 minutes), Mount Allison University (35 minutes) - distances are by car, but also accessible by bus (except Mount Allison). If the exchange is outside of Canada, we could discuss access to an automatic car (with winter tires from November - April). The city is located about 20 minutes from the beach (Parlee Provincial Park), about 1h from Fundy National Park, about 1.5h from Prince-Edward-Island and Nova Scotia. You have access to many provincial and national parks in the region. For longer road trips, Gaspésie is 4h away, Québec City is 7h, the ferry to Newfoundland is 5h and the border with Maine is 3h. There's an international airport close to the house with daily flights to Ottawa, Montréal and Toronto (and ongoing flights to other Western Canadian / US and international destinations). This is a perfect spot to explore the Maritime provinces while enjoying a quiet getaway.
