Description
We would be happy to sublet our house to a fellow academic (family) who needs to be in Toronto for about one academic year (possibility to prolong). The house is completely furnished, complete of piano, treadmill, movie projector… We have a big bedroom with a queen size bed, closets, a bookshelf and a working place (a desk). A second bedroom has its own balcon, a loft bed, closets, drawers, bookshelves and a spacious desk. The third bedroom has book shelves, a spacious desk, a couch convertible to a bed for 1.5. The ground floor has a kitchen, a dining area and a living area, separated from the kitchen by a few steps. There is an additional desk and office and a treadmill in the basement (with a small window). A car and three bikes are also available. If preferred, the parking place can be used for your own car.

Comments: The house is fully furnished and has sheets, towels, plates, cutlery, 3 bicycles, even a car if desired. We would store away our cloths, but would rather leave our books and other belongings in the house.
