Why is it called the Crystal Cubit? Well, originally I bought it to use as an office for my e-learning company, and wanted it light and bright so we designed these crystal lights to go on the elevated ceiling. Thought I would try living in the cubit for six months and never looked back. That was 10 years ago and I've enjoyed every moment (including the roosters in the next neighborhood that wake me up in the morning). Monkeys also wander about the property although locals don't think they are as cute as tourists do. Centrally located, relax in a safe space with lots of light and bright clean white lines in a second story walkup studio. There is a total of 26 units in our cluster which is located on the first tee of the golf course. Have your kind of fun whether you wish to golf, play tennis, go to a pilates class steps away or just hang out at one of the 5 property communal pools or watch the sunset on the outdoor balcony. The balcony has large storage closet for lawn furniture and cushions are maintained indoors. If you have a green thumb you are welcome to try a small herb garden. The local grocer usually has seedlings available for purchase. The air conditioned main living area is equipped with a dining table, two seater couch, 2 workstations and a grouchy printer. There are two stool chairs for dining and the workstations and an additional 4 folding chairs for dining. The workstations also double as a serving area for cocktails and snacks. There is a queen size murphy bed with all linens, pillows & blankets provided that remains hidden during the day. At night it transforms into a quiet refuge with star lights above. The kitchen has 2 induction burner stove (no oven) with cookware and dishes. The appliance garage hosts a toaster oven/air fryer/broiler and a microwave oven. Coffee can be made using a Breville Nespresso maker (pods required) or stove top espresso maker. The dishwasher will quickly clean up dinner dishes. Bathroom has a shower, sink & toilet with lots of storage for toiletries. Separate towels are provided for bathing, pool & beach. There is a water pump on the roof to ensure water pressure is strong. Additionally, there is back up water storage tanks for the cluster in the event of an outage. A small sized washer/dryer is in suite. There is also a laundry room just off the parking lot for the cluster with large washer/dryers using free tokens. Designed space has loads of closets including pull out shoe closet and jewelry closet. There is a portable massage table for your use. Secure your valuables using the safes provided along with electronic pull down blinds and gated entry door. The supermarket, restaurants, Worthing Food court, banks, and beach are within walking distance. There is a clubhouse restaurant onsite. Light weekly housekeeping services available on Saturdays for long term guests (fee is negotiable). Yvonne has been with me for over 25 years and is as honest as they come. I am a member of the Barbados Yacht Club which is a nice place to go to the beach (a bit further away closer to the Hilton). Members can invite paid guests for a fee. Its a great place to hang out at the beach with your belongings, There are tree shaded areas to sit and relax and the food and bar are very reasonably priced.
