I am historian who travels for work, am looking to sublet the flat I share with my partner for when we are away and we are open to flat swaps as well. We are flexible, feel free to write. We are very happy to share our home with other academics looking for a quiet place in the heart of Paris to do some work and enjoy our lively Parisian neighbourhood.

Comments: For 2026, we are looking to sublet between the 1st and 9th August and from the 24th August till the 30th August. We also have availabilites late September, mid October and over Christmas. Flexible with dates of rental and flat swaps and price neg.
