We are looking to swap out spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Lisbon, in the beautiful and sought after Avenidas Novas suburb. The apartment is on the 8th floor with views over Gulbenkian Gardens all the way to Sintra. We have 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size fold out bed, and another with a King size bed and space for 2 single mattresses. Each bedroom has a private balcony and the living area has 3 separate balconies that look out over the west and have beautiful afternoon sun. There is lift access from the lobby and car park. We have small children and the house is very child friendly. We welcome families with kids of all ages. We are located right above an amazing bakery and coffee shop, 2 minutes walk from El Corte Ingles Shopping centre, 2 minutes walk from Sao Domingos Metro station (takes you directly downtown in 10 minutes), and across from a large park and art gallery. We have a 5 seater hybrid EV car which we are more than happy to rent out, and private parking under our apartment. We also have an electric scooter that guests are welcome to use to get downtown if they want. We are open to swaps and rental
