Very large living/dining room (with many books, comics, photo books) Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan, blender, Italian coffee maker, etc.). Sofa (convertible) and rocking chair. Piano, guitar and ukulele for music lovers Three bedrooms. - One adult bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200cm). - A children's bedroom with bunk beds (160cm x 90cm). - Another children bedroom with 190x90cm trundle bed and office. All rooms have direct access to one of two balconies. Plenty of games and books for children and adultts - Large bathroom with bathtub and toilet - Separate WC. Vacuum/steam cleaner (just use water) + robot vacuum cleaner Very well-maintained building. Parking on request
