This studio is located in a former industrial building in the upper part of Belleville. The building has kept much of its original character: the staircase and common areas are still in their original state and show the passage of time, but the atmosphere in the building is friendly and relaxed. The area is especially appreciated for its semi-village atmosphere, with cobbled streets, the charming Mouzaïa neighborhood, and easy access to green spaces such as Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Butte Rouge area. At the same time, it is within walking distance of lively cultural and nightlife districts such as Jourdain, Belleville, and Ménilmontant. The apartment is also very well connected by public transport (bus, tram, and metro).
