We are a couple of academics with two young kids and we are moving to San Francisco for a Sabbatical, we would like to rent our beloved garden flat + garden office (fully furnished and perfect for families with kids) to another family with kids or a group of 2-5 people. Location: Three metro stations that are walking distance: Tufnell Park (northern line), Upper Holloway (overground), Holloway Road (Piccadilly line), green residential area perfect for kids/families/couples. Great schools nearby. The flat is very spacious (about 105 square meters) and full of flight. It's made of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large garden, a spacious living room overlooking the garden, a garden office with Wifi.
