Small, Cozy Beachfront apartment in New Jersey USA near Cape May

This is our beach-front family unit in a triplex (three separate units in one house- the other two are airbnbs). We lovingly call it the Hobbit House because the ceiling height is 74”. Yes, you read that right! So probably not a long-term spot for someone taller than that (2 of my adult children are), but works pretty well for the rest of us. :) There is a kitchen, newly done full bath, and newly decorated living room and bedrooms. There is also a large desk with a printer for your writing needs and a huge sectional for you to relax on. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a full/double bed. While inside is cozy, outside is expansive, with panoramic views of the Delaware bay and a lovely small beach perfect for taking walks. The Victorian town of Cape May is just 20 minutes away by car. There is a large shared yard with an EV charger, picnic tables, lounge chairs chairs, and yard games. We also have tons of beach chairs and umbrellas. The Delaware Bay is a flourishing ecosystem, so you’ll have a front row seat to birds, horseshoe crab mating, tons of wildlife and maybe spot a dolphin or eagle. At high tide the water is very close to the house, and at low tide there are tons of sandbars as the water pulls way back. It’s a beautiful natural landscape. The apartment has heat in every room and a new air conditioning mini-split in the main room that can cool down the bedrooms as well. This is a lovely retreat spot to enjoy nature, the beach, and write!
