House swap - Niagara Penninsula for Montreal - Villeray/Mile-End/Plateau

We are a quiet professional couple with a beautiful home on the Niagara Penninsula. We are looking for a housing swap - ideally for Montreal, but we are open to many other locations as well. Both of us work remotely - Aaron teaches online and would need an office and strong internet. Susannah is a writer who is more flexible with working space. We are looking for someone willing to swap for our home in Port Colborne, Ontario. We are walking distance (300 m) from the Friendship Trail (24 km flat, paved trail), and Whiskey Run Golf Course (500 m). Lake Erie is at the end of the road, about 1500 m away. Multiple beaches, including Nickel Beach and Crystal Beach, are in the area (within a 15 minute drive). Many wineries are within the Niagara Penninsula (maximum 45 minute drive). Niagara Falls is about 35 minutes away. The entire region is on a major bird migration route - we have seen great blue herons, sandhill cranes, bald eagles, numerous types of hawks and falcons, crows, ravens, hummingbirds, turkey vultures, blue jays, cardinals, and others out our front door. Our home has two bedrooms with queen beds (sofa bed in the second bedroom) and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other a deep bathtub). There are also two closed offices with desks, as well as a desk in the second bedroom. The dining room features a large window that looks across to an open field and a silver maple. The kitchen is large and well-equiped, with a gas stove and electric oven. The highlight of the home is the 500 square foot living room. This space has skylights, large windows, and a wood burning stove. Most days we don't need artificial light to read, even during cloudy winter days.
