Our house was built in 2007 by us and we are the only people who have lived here. We have done renovations to add a fully finished basement, amazing backyard grilling and hosting space, and some upgrades to built-ins and the main floor bathroom. The house is clean and comfortable. We have a three car garage, but really only 2 spots are useful for cars. We have a level-2 car charger accessible to both spots. Bedrooms (five): 1) Primary with Queen bed, ensuite with shower and spa tub, office, and spacious closet. 2) Two guest rooms with double beds; one with ensuite bathroom. 3) Two rooms with single beds and Jack & Jill bathroom between. Oven, bar area, and freezer in basement. Full size refrigerator in garage as well as in kitchen.
