Our house is in a nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown and to Princeton University (about 1 mile). it is a 4 bedroom. 2.5 bath colonial (bedrooms are upstairs, and one is currently being used as an office (We intend to close off one of the rooms for our possessions when we rent or exchange.) The house is very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and we are looking for people who will treat it well!. We have great neighbors. There is an eat-in kitchen and a fenced backyard with a deck. The house also has a finished basement with some exercise equipment and additional work space. There is a baby grand piano in the living room. Local schools are walkable and there is an elementary school with a playground across the street The local train station (service to New York) is less than 2 miles away; the bus to New York is a 5 minute walk from the house.
