Description
We are a family with young kids taking a sabbatical away from London wanting to rent our lovely family garden flat for the first time. Our flat is spacious, with 130m2 spread over the first two floors and garden of a Victorian house. There are two other flats above with lovely friendly neighbors. The flat has an exclusive entrance on the lower ground but can also be accessed via the upper ground communal entrance. We have exclusive use of a nice garden and there is a nice balcony overlooking it adjacent to the kitchen-lounge, where we spend a lot of time in the warmer months. The area is very nice. There is a park, Hackney Downs, literally on the corner, two minutes away, and several other green areas very close by, such as Millfields Park, Hackney Marshes, the Olympic Park. We are also quite close to the lovely Broadway Market, London Fields, Stoke Newington and Dalston.
